Gift certificates are available for specific treatment lengths, not cash value, so they will expire after one year.

 

Within 24 hours of purchasing your gift certificate, I will email you a digital image in JPEG format (see samples below) of the certificate that you can forward to the recipient or print out. If you would like to order a gift certificate, please fill out the request form below.

 

NOTE: Receipts for insurance benefits cannot be provided to the purchaser or the recipient of the gift certificate.
